10 jobs that women control more than men

A new report from LinkedIn highlights the professional success of women today, as they have made great progress in some areas that men have long dominated.

And LinkedIn’s analysis of up to 568 professions revealed that employment in 23 professions has shifted from male to female dominance during the past five years, and another 17 jobs are about to be achieved.

It includes the biggest shift in the Retail Operations Manager job, an area in which women now employ 65% ​​compared to 47% in 2015. Other occupations in which women have advanced include: user experience design, marketing, and healthcare.

The share of female employment in the professions analyzed by LinkedIn increased to 68%. The overall results are also consistent with Labor Office data showing that women now account for the majority of people in jobs in the United States, with women currently accounting for 50.04%, and for the first time since 2010, they outperform men.

“Education can be a major factor in employing more women, as women acquire the skills and education needed to enter professional occupations, and in many cases they acquire those skills more often than men,” says Laura Lorenzetti, chief editor at LinkedIn.

Lorenzetti cites Bureau of Labor figures that indicate women have a bachelor’s degree at the age of 31 years more than men.
