Shocking was the statement by Mino Raiola, the agent of the French player Paul Pogba, that the latter was unhappy at Manchester United and wanted to leave during the upcoming transfers, but the French international settled the controversy and sent an influential message to the Manio fans on his official account in Instagram.

“I’ve always fought and will always fight for Man Utd, my teammates and the fans.” wrote Pogba, who was a key player yesterday in the Manchester derby against Man City, which ended in a goalless draw. “Bla bla is not important. The future is far, today is what matters and I am 1000% involved! Always strong together.. all has been clear between the club and myself and that will never change. When you don’t know what’s going on inside don’t talk.”

Raiola said that Pogba, 27, needed a change of scene after he struggled to prove himself under the leadership of Norwegian Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

He added, “Pogba is unhappy at Manchester United and cannot express himself anymore as he would like and as we expect him … he has to change the team. His contract expires in the summer of 2022, but I think that the best solution for all parties is to move in the coming period.”

Pogba has repeatedly spoken of his desire to defend the colors of Real Madrid, especially playing under the management of fellow countryman Zinedine Zidane.

France coach Didier Deschamps touched – weeks ago – to Pogba’s situation, saying, “He lives in a situation in his club where he does not feel happy, neither in terms of the number of minutes he gets to play, nor in terms of the position he occupies on the field.”
