Barcelona revealed, this evening, Monday, the latest developments in the situation of its young player, Ansu Fati, who is recovering from an injury he suffered during the match against Betis last November.

” The first team player, Ansu Fati, underwent biological treatment by Dr. Ramon Cugat, under the supervision of the club’s medical system, and the development of his injury is proceeding in a very satisfactory path,” Barca said in a statement on its official website.

Ansu Fati had undergone successful surgery after he injured the left knee’s inner meniscus and is expected to return at the beginning of next March.

According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, the indications of the great success of the external surgery performed today in the Spanish star’s knee raised hope that he would join the Paris Saint-Germain meeting, in the second leg of the 16th round of the Champions League, scheduled for March 11th. Ansu Fati is due to return four months after the date of the injury, half of which has passed.
