Manchester United announced today, Thursday, the joining of Ivorian Amad Diallo Traore, winger of Atalanta, to start his career with the Red Devils shirt.
United signed a contract with the player last summer for 21 million euros, in addition to another 20 million as bonuses and additions, to start his career with the Red Devils this month, but Atalanta requested a postponement of his joining next summer.
“3 months after the initial announcement of the deal, Diallo has officially become a player in the club,” Manchester said on its official website.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “I’m very excited to sign Diallo. He has shown his ability several times, but he has to learn that playing in England is a different kind of football, so we’ll give him the right time to develop.”
