Brazilian Vinicius Junior was left out of Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane’s accounts. Everyone believed it was linked to a technical decision due to the player’s level before a press report revealed the origins of a silent crisis that began months ago.

Vinicius missed Real Madrid’s starting line-up in the last 5 Spanish League games and only competed for a few minutes, which was not enough for him to lead the team to a positive result.

It seemed that the player got out of Zidane’s accounts after many missed opportunities present at the start of the season when participated in several games without being decisive in most of them, but the Spanish newspaper AS confirmed that the Brazilian player the young man is paid for the elimination made months ago.

The newspaper said the crisis started hours before Manchester City’s game in the Champions League quarter-final second leg last August.

She explained that Vinicius must have the opportunity to participate in this meeting, as the Belgian striker was not in his best condition due to his return from an injury. The team also needed to win, only to realize they were 2-1 behind in the first leg.

The player was surprised by Zidane announcing the squad hours before the game, and Hazard was included on Vinicius’ account.

During this session, the Brazilian player preferred to be busy with his phone, ignoring Zidane’s speech to the players, a behavior that the French coach did not accept and saw as a lack of respect for him.

The newspaper confirmed that Venissus’ relationship with Zidane has not improved since then, and his exclusion from recent games is another indication the player could find himself out of the squad’s remaining fixtures this season, especially with the return of all injured players and the completion of the team.
