Amnesty International: 220 civil society organizations around the world announce the boycott of the G20 summit in Saudi Arabia this year

Amnesty International of the United Nations announced to have received letters this year from over 220 international organizations working in the civil society, which express in their content the boycott of the meeting of the Group 20 in Saudi Arabia this year. 

Earlier this month, Amnesty International, interested in civil society and human rights issues around the world, expressed its lack of participation in the group of twenty scheduled in Saudi Arabia, considering it to be false, under an article published on its official page under the title “Saudi Arabia: Why Amnesty will not attend sham G20 meetings” .
