Apple plans to broadcast launch event of its iPhone 11 next Tuesday on the YouTube platform.
This will be the first time Apple has released one of its major events on YouTube, and will significantly increase the number of people able to watch the broadcast.
Last year, the company extended its iPhone event to Twitter, in line with the gradual increase in the range of its events that it has begun to follow in recent years.
Windows 10 users began to access live streaming of Apple’s events in 2015, thanks to the Microsoft Edge desktop browser, but Apple also opened the streaming receiver on Chrome and Firefox last year, when the annual developer conference.
Apple is expected to unveil three new iPhone models on Tuesday at 17:00 GMT.
