Juventus advanced to the top of the Serie A standings after a valuable 2-1 victory over Inter Milan on Sunday at the summit of the seventh round of the competition.

Argentina’s Paulo Dybala scored early in the fourth minute of the first half, but the old lady’s joy was quick, as Argentina’s Lotaro Martinez scored the equalizer for Inter in the 18th minute from the penalty spot.

Argentine substitute Gonzalo Higuain played the role of hero in the match, after scoring the precious goal of the Juventus victory in the 80th minute, to deepen Inter’s injuries after the defeat he received from Barcelona in the Champions League last Wednesday.

Juventus, the champion in the last eight seasons, increased his score to 19 points in the lead, one point ahead of their nearest rivals Inter, who suffered their first loss to “the old lady” who blocked the successful start of his opponent who won his first six matches of the competition.
