Inter Milan qualified for the quarter-finals of the European League, after defeating Spanish counterpart Getafe, with two unanswered goals, this evening, Wednesday, in the framework of the round of 16 competitions.

Inter scored his first goal in the 33rd minute through a longitudinal ball from defender Pastoni, hitting the Getafe defense line, and Lukaku hit his left foot towards goalkeeper David Syria, to announce the progress of Inter.

In the 76th minute, the referee calculated a penalty kick for Godin, after a handball inside the area, and Jorge Molina hit it next to the opponent’s right post, to give his team the opportunity to draw.

Eriksen managed to double the score for Inter, after a counterattack in the 83rd minute, to end the match with a 2-0 victory for Inter.

In the quarter-finals, Inter Milan is scheduled to meet the winner of the Bayer Leverkusen match against Glasgow Rangers.
