Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to bolster his team’s defense during the upcoming summer transfer window.
“Sky Sport Germany” quoted English reports that Solskjaer is interested in French defender Ibrahima Konate, who has become his first goal in the summer Mercato.
Solskjaer believes that Ibrahima Konate is the best option to strengthen the defense of the Red Devils in the next season, but there is a possibility that Bayern Munich will enter the line of negotiations with the player.
Manchester United is not the only English club interested in the services of the 21-year-old young defender, as Liverpool and Chelsea put him within their two circles of interests in the transfer market.
It is expected that they will find it difficult to negotiate the annexation of Konate next summer, given the possibility that Leipzig will abandon its other French defender, Deut Obamecano.
