Manchester United approached to qualify for the 1/8 final round of the European Football League after snatching a win-win tie from Belgian club Brugge KV 1-1 on Thursday in the first leg of the 32nd round of the competition.

Club Brugge progressed thanks to Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis in the 15th minute, before the Frenchman Anthony Marcial equalized in the 36th minute.

In another match, the Italian Internazionale Milano set foot in 1/8 of the tournament, having beaten the hosts Ludogorets of Bulgaria with a two own goal.

Inter progressed in the 71st minute thanks to Dane Christian Eriksen before fellow Belgian Romelu Lukaku scored the second goal from the penalty spot in the last minute of regulation time.

The Spanish Getafe won a precious victory with two unanswered goals before his opponent Dutch club Ajax, to approach an important stage of qualification until 1/8 of the competition.

Brazil’s Deyverson opened the scoring in the 36th minute before Robert Kenedy added the Spanish team’s second goal in the 90th minute.

Ajax became obliged to win by three goals to zero in the return match, which will be held at its home stadium in the Dutch capital to avoid an early exit from the competition, while Getafe is enough to lose by a single difference goal.
