Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino, Paris Saint-Germain coach, has identified the most suitable alternative to join the squad in the event of Kilian Mbappe’s departure.

Mbappe has a contract with Saint-Germain until the summer of 2022, and he is likely to leave next summer for Real Madrid if his contract is not renewed.

According to the Italian network “Sport Medias”, Pochettino has asked Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Saint-Germain, to sign his compatriot Paulo Dybala, the star of Juventus, if Mbappe leaves.

Dybala’s case at Juventus is similar to that of Mbappe in Paris, where his contract with the Bianconeri expires in the summer of 2022, amid his club’s failed attempts to renew his contract.

Real Madrid is determined to sign Mbappe next summer, as Florentino Perez places high hopes on him, to make up for the departure of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
