Tesla’s Roadster car will take off in the sky

Production of the car begins next year, and there is a model that contains the technology for flying above the ground.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said his new Roadster project would contain missile technology.

This happened during Musk’s conversation with Joe Rogan, host of the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast on Thursday, where the CEO of Tesla discussed the issue of the next generation of the high-end electric Tesla Roadster.

“I want him to fly, and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get this thing around without killing people, you know,” said Musk, who has a habit of making big futuristic promises he doesn’t keep always.

“We’re trying to get it to hover but not very high. Maybe it could hover a meter above the ground, or something, if it fell, it would explode, but the passengers wouldn’t die. ”

Musk explained that the company would finish engineering the roadster this year and start shipping in 2022, echoing a tweet he posted late last month.

“We’re going to put missile technology in this vehicle,” Musk added.

This isn’t the first time Musk has said a roadster will have missile technology. In 2018, he wrote on Twitter that there would be a version of the car with the SpaceX “options package” that would include “10 small rocket thrusters”.

In his conversation with Rogan, Musk explained that the standard roadster would have two small rear seats similar to the Porsche car, while the advanced model will contain the SpaceX group because it will have a “thruster set” instead of the two rear seats.

He added, “At least I’m sure we can propel my missile from the rear, and that gives you 3x thrust,” explaining that it will be on the ground.

Musk predicted in 2016 that Tesla would have the car capable of doing a “full range Los Angeles to New York road test” by 2017.

Tesla’s new car comes with a “fully autonomous drive” mode, but the company says this requires a “fully attentive driver, with one hand behind the wheel and ready to take control at all times.”
