UFC lightweight world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has agreed to face Irishman Conor McGregor in the fight of the century in Moscow, Russia.
The father of the Russian champion and his coach Abdul Manab, reacted to the declaration of the Irish champion that his popularity in Russia is more than Habib Nour Mogomedov, in an interview on a YouTube channel, saying “If McGregor wants, Moscow is waiting for him “, pointing out that the next fight will be held in Moscow next year.
Magomedov, 30 years, set a record after his victory on Sept 7 against American Dustin Poirier, who has not been defeated in his professional career, winning 28 fights so far.
Nur Magomedov refused to confront McGregor, arguing that McGregor begged him not to kill him in a fight between them last year.
Nur Magomedov pointed out that McGregor did not deserve to replay the fight because in the last three years he had only won one.
The Irish champion has already announced his retirement in March and then expressed his desire to come back and face Magomedov again.
