Apple has decided to temporarily open free access to part of the content of the Apple TV streaming service. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, users around the world will be able to view eight projects without subscribing.According to TJ, the company has opened access to the animal documentary “Queen of the Elephants”, the series “House with a Servant”, “For the Sake of All Mankind”, “Dickinson”, an anthology of stories from migrants who moved to the United States, “Little America”, and children’s projects. “Snoopy in Space”, “Helpers” and “Ghost Messages”.

They do not specify the period during which the series will be free. You can watch them via the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and via the Apple TV decoder, and on the service’s website. Users will still be able to issue a trial subscription for seven days or receive a year of a free subscription when purchasing new Apple devices. After the trial period, the cost of access to the service in Russia will be 199 rubles per month.

Note that other companies have also opened free access to some original content because of the coronavirus pandemic. For example, HBO recently completed 500 hours of premium advertising-free projects on the HBO Max service for free, including the television series Clan Soprano, Listening, Silicon Valley and others. Hosting YouTube videos has unlocked some of its original projects as part of the stay home initiative.
